Focusing on the holistic quality of a shoe beyond what can be seen by the customer is critical in our work. One such example is how we fill our shoes with a layer of orthopedic cork. The cork adds a wonderful shock absorbing layer that molds to the gait of the wearer...making each shoe just a little more comfortable.
We use orthopedic cork because not only is it a sustainable material (growing on trees every 9 years and is biodegradeable), but its thermal insulation and breathable properties are also essential in conjunction with our other materials for the overall comfort and health of your feet.
