Please keep in mind that handmade shoe and bags takes hours and hours of physical labor. With that in mind, shoes and bags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition and a current full priced item.
Please don't order multiples just to try on.
Shoes fittings should be done on carpet or on a towel.
Shipping costs are non refundable, but exchanges are shipped for free.

Store credits are issued with shipping credited for future orders.

Any return shipments should be insured and tracked, NO signature required.
