Returns, Exchanges, or Requests
Handmade shoes and bags take hours of physical labor to make, so we ask that you do shop thoughtfully.
Full-priced, current items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend that you DO NOT order multiple shoes to try on at home, and instead order the one pair that you're confident about.
Try on your shoes over carpet or a towel rather than directly on hard flooring. This will keep them in clean condition in case there is a need to return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non refundable, but exchanges are shipped for free. Store credits are issued with shipping credited for future orders.
Any return shipments should be insured and tracked, NO signature required.
