Refund policy

***Please do not order more than 1 pair of shoes until you have had a chance to fit our shoes. Because of the extensive work that goes into handmaking each shoe to order, orders for mutiple styles or sizes may be automatically cancelled unless you have ordered previously.***

Shoes in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non refundable and any returns should be insured, tracked, with signature required.

Current Shoemaking Time : 2-6 weeks, but more in the 2-3 week range for most shoe styles.

Current Bagmaking Time: Ready made bags ship within 5 business days. Custom bags typically ship within 10 business days.

US orders: All shoes and bags will ship to you from within the US.

EU orders: All shoes will ship to you from Spain with VAT paid with the order. Orders are shipped via Express Mail Service. Bags may ship from the US but VAT/Customs will be prepaid already. All orders are billed in US Dollars.

Europe (non EU) and International orders: Your orders may ship from Spain or the US, Customs and VAT are not included and may be collected by your home country and paid to them. All orders are billed in US Dollars.
***Customs fees and duties (Outside EU and USA), and all return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and is dependent on your country's policy. Please check with your local customs policies or DutyCalculator.com to know what customs or duties will need to be paid to your local government prior to delivery. There are no refunds on shipping.

Shoes and bags are made then shipped via Fedex or USPS Priority 2-3 Business Days for US orders. Express Mail International is used for all other orders and is 3-5 Business Days and can be affected by customs. Signature is always required, please use tracking number to presign for the package if you will not be home.
