Please include a copy of the return confirmation with your shoes

Shoes not in original condition are subject to a 20% fee.

As stated in our shop policies, shipping is non-refundable and any duties paid to foreign countries for International orders must be requested directly from your home country.

But we do ship exchanges for free and always place exchanges ahead of the current wait list.  Also shipping cost paid is credited if you should choose to get a store credit.  If you would prefer an exchange or store credit, please go to this link. 

Once the shoes are received, please expect your refund to the original form of payment in 2-3 business days.

Return shoes in original condition and packaging if possible to the address below.
