SHEARLING INSERT

A removable and reversible insert cut to fit the inside our shoes. 

One side is a luxuriously soft shearling wool from a tannery outside Barcelona, Spain.  Shearling wool is a fantastic temperature regulator, keeping feet wonderfully warm in cooler weather.  Wool also wicks away moisture and has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.

The shearling inserts are best used by removing the current insert and placing wool side DOWN against the shoe. This adds the cushioning effect as well as moisture wicking properties of both the wool and leather. This method works well in both cold and warm weather.

Fit notes: Depending on how loose your shoes are, inserts are typically best worn in shoes with any current insole removed.  Always start with the wool side down to compress the wool and check fit.  The plush, loose pile helps trap warm air and wick moisture for a wonderfully cozy feel. 

Order the same size as your Sevilla Smith shoes.

For use in non Sevilla Smith shoes, simply order the largest size available and trim as needed.

Care: Simply remove from the shoes and clean lightly with cool water.  A mild dish soap or wool soap can also be used to remove oils.  Allow to air dry flat.
