SHEARLING INSERT

A removable and reversible insert cut to fit the inside our boots. 

One side is a luxuriously soft shearling wool from a tannery outside Barcelona, Spain.  Shearling wool is a fantastic temperature regulator, keeping feet wonderfully warm in cooler weather.  Wool also wicks away moisture and has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.

The insert can be reversed to use the leather side in warmer weather.  Made with vegetable tanned leather, this side wicks away moisture and uses the wool as extra cushion underneath.

Fit notes: Depending on how loose your shoes are, inserts are typically best worn in shoes with any current insole removed.  Start with the wool side down to compress the wool and check fit.  When you are ready to wear the warmer wool side, simply brush the soft pile gently and slip back into the shoes.  The plush, loose pile helps trap warm air and wick moisture for a wonderfully cozy feel. 

Order the same size as your Sevilla Smith shoes.

For use in non Sevilla Smith shoes, simply order the largest size available and trim as needed.

Care: Simply remove from the shoes and clean lightly with cool water.  A mild dish soap or wool soap can also be used to remove oils.  Allow to air dry flat.
