We start cutting the leathers for your exchange with this confirmation info, but we do not begin the lasting process until your initial shoes have been received. Once they are received, please expect 2-3 weeks to allow for proper drying time until a replacement is sent.

L.F. These shoes were custom crafted for me. It is the first pair of shoes that I have owned in my 57 years that fit my large wide feet so perfectly and comfortably. (I need to wear them without the insert). These are my FAVOURITE colours that I have never seen paired together. And the mismatched gingham is so playful and delightful, it puts a spring in my step and twinkle in my eyes. Thank YOU Faye and co. You are truly purveyors of happiness!
